At the young age of thirteen, Vasco Contreras began producing. With already having a love for music and then being inspired by DJs like Zedd, Skrillex, and Martin Garrix it only made sense that he grew into the artist now known as Valrouz.

He finds himself largely drawn to genres like progressive house, electro house, and future bass, though he admittedly has a deep respect for artists of most genres and backgrounds. It was his friend and fellow artist, Heven, whose sound and relationship with SYNC Records convinced him to join our team and we’re overjoyed that he’s now on board!

His dream is to have his music played at festivals like Ultra, EDC, Tomorrowland, or the Miami Music Week. If he keeps up music like this, who could deny him?
